Multi-pet wellness exams

• Get 1 exam complementary if you bring in 3 or more pets at a time
• May still get the discount if they bring multiple pets during the same day if not at the same time
• Not eligible if they bring multiple pets over multiple days

Multi-Cat Spay/Neuter Discount

• Get December Special pricing ($110 spay/$60 neuter) when you bring in 5 or more cats for spay/neuter
• at a time
• Not eligible for the discount if they bring in 5 cats over multiple appointments/days

Prescription Policies

Heartworm preventative requires a negative heartworm test within a year

• We do not offer waivers for this; nor do we except waivers from other clinics
• We will except proof of heartworm test from another vet clinic or rescue

We are not able to dispense any prescription medication or food without having a current exam (Dr./Patient
relationship) OR a current prescription from a different clinic.

Clinic Policies

Pet must be up-to-date on Wellness exam to schedule nail trims or anal glands

We are unable to take in strays

• We are not a rescue; unless one of the staff members wants the animal personally, we cannot take in animals nor can we house them
• We cannot treat any animals without having someone financially responsible for the animal, whether that’s the client or a rescue

Staff Policies

We close for a staff meeting every Thursday (surgery day)
